Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly located, close to great attractions and within walking distance of the walled city. The rooms, while cozy for solo travelers or couples, lack storage space and might not suit friends sharing. The service is top-notch, responsive to requests, except for some minor issues. Dining options come at a reasonable cost, while the facilities are adequate for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is in a perfect spot, nestled between the vibrant shuk and the lively Ben Yehuda street. The rooms, although dated and drab, were clean and quiet, suitable for solo travelers or couples but less so for friends wanting more space. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to the heart of Jerusalem and its attractions. The dining options were varied but somewhat marred by minor maintenance issues. Overall, a decent choice for those seeking a central stay in Jerusalem.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although some were in a ridiculously bad condition - dirty and smelly and small enough to make moving around difficult, were very spacious and convenient for a family stay. The service was a mix of barging into my room multiple times but being completely devoted to my wellbeing and happiness. The location was good, close to the Market, but the dining wasn't the best value for money. On the bright side, the fresh sushi was a delight.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, more like small apartments, offered plenty of space but lacked storage and kitchen essentials. The service was hit-and-miss, with some friendly staff but issues with cleanliness and communication. The location was excellent, close to key areas but in need of renovation. The dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is terrific, right off Ben Yehuda Street and close to the Shuk and the Old City, which was the highlight. However, the rooms smelled so bad that it triggered my daughter's asthma, and they are very out of date. The dining was nice, but could use better coffee and fruit.
My stay at the hotel was just what my family needed - accessible and clean rooms with a kitchenette at a very affordable price. Perfect for the four of us. The staff were helpful and professional, always there to assist with a smile. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Jerusalem, within walking distance to the old city and transportation options. The dining experience was not the best, lacking variety and value for money. However, overall, a decent place to stay.
